At the core of Pella's recognition is their innovative approach to university recruitment. The Campus Recruiting team at Pella combines in-person and virtual events with technology to enhance candidate engagement and accessibility. This includes using social media for day-in-the-life videos, upgrading backend technology for a seamless application process, and hosting virtual meetings at schools the team isn’t able to visit. This comprehensive approach, coupled with the commitment to providing exceptional onsite candidate experiences and on-campus interviews, exemplifies Pella's dedication to making recruitment both accessible and engaging for candidates nationwide.
