Pella Corporation’s JaNette Barnett Honored with Women MAKE Award

Pella Corporation's JaNette Barnett, Vice President of Field Sales, has been named a 2025 Women MAKE Award honoree by The Manufacturing Institute. This prestigious national award recognizes exceptional women leaders in manufacturing for their professional excellence, leadership achievements and commitment to mentoring and community impact. 

JaNette’s leadership at Pella has been instrumental in modernizing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and strengthening customer relationships. Under her guidance, Pella’s field sales organization has experienced significant growth, including double-digit gains in key distribution channels.

Beyond her professional achievements, JaNette is dedicated to giving back to her community and supporting the next generation of leaders. She mentors young professionals within Pella and through her church, volunteers with initiatives supporting underprivileged youth, and champions inclusivity by participating in and sponsoring the efforts of Pella’s Business Resource Groups. Her work in the community is deeply personal, reflecting her commitment to creating opportunities for others and making a lasting impact both inside and outside the organization.

The Women MAKE Awards honor leaders who are not only advancing the manufacturing industry through their careers but also through their efforts to inspire and empower others. Barnett will be recognized at an awards ceremony in Washington, D.C., this April.
