Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders: Pella Recognized in Yello’s Top 100 Internship Programs

As Pella Corporation celebrates its centennial year, its long-standing internship program has been selected as one of Yello’s Top 100 Internship Programs of 2025. This recognition spotlights organizations that deliver outstanding experiences for their intern class and provide young professionals with an encouraging environment that allows them to build their careers.  

“Being named one of Yello’s Top 100 Internship Programs is an honor that reflects a core part of Pella’s culture—investing in people,” said Allison Wiley, Manager of Talent Acquisition at Pella Corporation. “Our interns contribute to projects that make a real impact while building skills and perspective for their careers. With support from mentors across Pella, these experiences build the pipeline of innovators and leaders who will shape the future of our industry and communities." 

This summer, 60 interns representing 17 schools and 10 states spent 10 to 12 weeks at Pella facilities, contributing to projects, building professional skills, and working with mentors across the company. The program also offers opportunities such as a case competition, executive roundtables, community service events, and facility tours that give interns broad exposure to the business. 

As Pella celebrates 100 years of business, the recognition underscores a legacy built on people. Uplifting the next generation of talent has long been part of the company’s culture, and its internship program reflects the commitment of providing meaningful opportunities today while helping shape the leaders and innovators who will carry Pella, the industry, and communities forward.
