America’s Best Employers for Women 2024 were identified through an independent survey of over 150,000 women working for companies with at least 1,000 employees across various industries in the U.S. The rankings were based on over 4 million evaluations, which included personal and public feedback on workplace conditions, insights into employer practices, and an index measuring the percentage of women in top executive and board roles to reflect gender diversity in leadership.
