Pella Celebrates Workplace Innovation and Operational Excellence at the 6th Annual EPIC Awards
Pella Corporation hosted its 6th Annual EPIC Awards in early March, the company’s internal awards program designed to recognize and scale team member-driven improvements across manufacturing operations from the prior year. Standing for Empowering People to Improve Continuously, the program reflects Pella’s culture of continuous improvement and elevates team member ideas that drive measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery and productivity. This year’s nominees delivered significant productivity savings across the organization.
