Curated Collection by Pella Simplifies Front Door Design Selection

Homeowners can now shop a collection of customer favorite front doors

Front door replacement ranks in the Top 10 best return on investment home improvement projects, according to Remodeling Magazine’s Cost vs. Value 2020 annual report. A new front door can be the touch that ties your home’s curb appeal together. On the outside, it showcases a unique and welcoming character; inside it helps maintain comfort and protection.

But, with thousands of ways to customize a front door homeowners can feel overwhelmed by the design choices. From choosing the style, material, finish and color to selecting decorative glass and hardware, there are thousands of ways to customize a front door.

Now, homeowners can simplify the decision-making process. Pella has revamped its entry door collection, taking the most popular fiberglass and steel front door styles and curating them into a single portfolio: Pella Entry Doors.

“For homeowners, less is more. They don’t want more choices for the sake of having more choices. They want a simple and relevant selection of front doors that will stand the test of time, said Nicole Willits, Product Marketing Specialist at Pella Corporation. “With the streamlined offering featuring 25 panel styles and nine decorative glass options, Pella has done just that.”

The new simplified fiberglass and steel entry door collection is a result of market research that looked at ongoing trends and conservations with Pella customers and the company’s sales team.

Front Door Colors with Sherwin Williams

To drive entry door design even further, Pella partnered with Sherwin Williams Design House to create a palette with popular neutral and bold colors. Homeowners can choose from 25 paint colors and eight prefinished stains. The colors were specifically designed to coordinate with other exterior finishes of the home from siding and roofing to stone and shingles.

Long Lasting Performance

Pella’s innovative panel and frame system delivers exceptional durability and energy performance. The frame is made of strong, composite material with no exposed wood. This means it will not absorb moisture and will not rot. Pella entry doors also deliver exceptional energy efficiency keeping the outdoor weather out of your house and preventing air and temperature leaks from the house.

Safety and Security

Built-in, hidden security sensors allow homeowners to monitor when their doors and windows are open, closed and locked from anywhere using a smartphone app. Pella is the only window and door manufacturer to offer this factory-installed, high-tech option.
