2024 EPIC Award Winners Announced
Pella's EPIC Awards were established to recognize and reward individuals, teams and plants that are delivering significant improvement to the organization and are great examples of living the continuous improvement mindsets.
Each plant was invited to nominate standout individuals and projects in the following categories: Hourly Team Member, Department Manager, Support Team Member, and Project. On March 12, the three finalists were recognized, and awards were presented to the top Wood/Fiberglass and top Vinyl submissions in each category.

In addition to the individual and project awards, plant awards were given recognizing the best plant in each of the 5 key areas for Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and People. A Most Improved Plant Award was also presented.

The highest recognition—a Best Plant Award—was given to the top-performing Wood/Fiberglass and Vinyl plants. This award honors locations that demonstrated a strong, balanced performance across all five operational categories.
