What that means is if a part wears out, or if you move into a different home where parts are worn or missing or need a new screen you can contact Pella for possible replacement parts to update your Pella windows and doors.

Need a new blind or shade?
If your Pella window or patio door has a hinged glass panel like those featured on Designer Series® products, you may change or remove the window fashions under the glass. You can replace your snap-in between-the-glass fabric shades with Slimshade® blinds or add distinctive grilles — a great way to give your windows or patio doors a new look. To order new window fashions for your Pella Designer Series products, contact the Pella Window and Door Showroom nearest you.

Replacing windows?
Proper installation is paramount to the performance of windows and doors.
